Women Building Across Borders

Women Building Across Borders would bring together women in Barcelona who are building businesses, freelancing, working in tech or STEM, or simply exploring the idea of starting something of their own.

The idea is to have an informal evening where a few women share their experiences of building and working internationally — the opportunities they found, the challenges they faced, and the tools that helped them along the way.

Estonian e-Residency would be introduced as part of this conversation. Instead of having a long presentation about the programme, we would explain in simple terms what e-Residency is, why people use it, and how it can help someone run an EU-based business digitally from another country.

We could invite women who are already e-residents or running Estonian companies to share their own stories, followed by an open Q&A and networking over drinks.

The main idea is: come to meet other women building across borders, hear real stories, make connections, and discover e-Residency along the way.

Possible partners: Female Entrepreneurs Barcelona, allWomen, Women in Tech Barcelona, TechFems, ASODAME or the Barcelona Activa LIDERA network.

The aim is to introduce e-Residency to people who may genuinely find it useful, while also creating a valuable networking event for Barcelona’s international women entrepreneur community.
