This service is for projects that are already funded, contracted or in implementation. I help project teams clarify what should be evaluated, which evidence should be collected, which questions should be asked, and how internal evaluation or learning processes can be structured.

Depending on the package, I can provide a light-touch evaluation plan or a full do-it-yourself evaluation plan with tools, timeline, consultation logic and reporting structure.
