About This Dot

Good facilitation is not just about keeping a session on track — it is about creating the conditions where people feel safe enough to think out loud, disagree productively, and leave changed. I bring four years of facilitation experience across 10+ countries, working with 4,000+ participants in different languages, cultures, and contexts.

This service is for NGOs, international organisations, municipalities, universities, and networks that need an experienced facilitator for workshops, training events, focus groups, community sessions, or participatory processes. I am especially strong with cross-cultural and international groups, and with topics that require holding complexity — human rights, democracy, advocacy, inclusion, privilege, peace and dialogue, and community building.

What you will get: — A pre-session conversation to understand your goals, group, and context — Full facilitation of your session, online or in-person — Adapted methodology using participatory, experiential, and game-based approaches — A comfortable, inclusive space where all voices are heard — A brief debrief and key takeaways after the session

How it works: We start with a call to align on objectives, audience, and format. I then prepare and facilitate the session using tools like Butter and Miro for online delivery, or hands-on participatory methods for in-person events. Sessions can range from a single two-hour workshop to a multi-day learning event.

I am a registered facilitator with the Council of Europe and part of the trainer pool at the European Youth Forum. I facilitate in English, and can work in Turkish, French, and Spanish depending on the context.

Responsible & Ethical Approach
Inclusive designParticipatory methodsDo-no-harm principles
I facilitate with a deep commitment to inclusion — creating spaces where people from different backgrounds, languages, and power positions can participate meaningfully. I apply do-no-harm principles when working with sensitive topics or vulnerable groups, and I design participation so it is active and equitable rather than performative. Cultural sensitivity and awareness of group dynamics are central to how I work.
