I design workshops and training programs that actually land — not just logistically, but meaningfully. With four years of experience designing and delivering learning experiences for 4,000+ participants across 10+ countries, I create sessions that are grounded in experiential learning, adapted to your context, and built to create real change in how people think and act.

This service is for NGOs, civil society organisations, municipalities, schools, and international institutions that need a structured, facilitated learning experience on topics including advocacy, human rights and democracy, civic engagement, intercultural competencies, community building, facilitation skills, media literacy, and participatory policymaking.

How it works: We start with a brief conversation about your needs, audience, and goals. From there, I design the full learning experience and deliver it in an agreed format. Revisions are included, and I am available to walk you through the materials or facilitate the session myself if needed.

I have designed programs for public high schools, municipalities, international youth organisations, and civil society networks across Europe and Türkiye. My practice is grounded in conscientização and the belief that good learning experiences change not just what people know, but what they do.
