Child Protection & Safeguarding Services for Organisations and Project Teams

I provide child protection and safeguarding consultancy and technical support to organisations, institutions and project teams working with or for children.

With over 10 years of experience in humanitarian and social development programmes, I have practical experience in case management, risk assessment, needs identification, referrals and multidisciplinary team coordination. I have worked in programmes supported by international organisations and donors, including UNICEF, UNHCR and ECHO, and collaborated with public institutions and civil society organisations.

My services include:

• Case Management Support: Reviewing and strengthening assessment, case planning, follow-up and referral processes.

• Risk Assessment & Protection: Identifying child protection risks, assessing needs and supporting appropriate response mechanisms.

• Procedures & Tools: Improving case management procedures, workflows, assessment forms, follow-up tools and documentation.

• Referral & Coordination: Supporting collaboration with institutions, service providers and multidisciplinary teams.

• Team Supervision & Capacity Building: Providing technical guidance, team support and training to strengthen child protection practices.
